JU JITSU RUGBY TRAINING SCHEDULE

 

This is the training schedule for our Location. More classes will be added as we continue to grow.

We will only have 20 Students per Class to ensure each student receives the best possible attention so be sure to Register now.

Classes Available:

Tuesdays

5:00pm - 5:45pm Toddler Program (3-5 years) - Coming Soon

6:00pm - 6:55pm Junior Martial Arts Program (4-8 years)

7:00pm - 8:15pm Adults

8:15pm - 9:00pm Fitness

 

 

Thursdays

5:00pm - 5:45pm Toddler Program (3-5 years) - Coming Soon

6:00pm - 6:55pm Junior Martial Arts Program (8-12 years)

7:00pm - 8:15pm Adults

8:15pm - 9:00pm Fitness

Self Defense Courses

Our Free Self Defense Courses are generally held on a Saturday Afternoon. Corporate Self Defense Courses can also be held at various times during the day.

Our Group Courses are great for Team Building Events
